Windsor Women's Centre gives women and their families from Catholic and Protestant communities in Belfast the skills and support to transform their situations. Through education and training programmes the self-confidence of women is improved as are their employment prospects. The charity's specialised crèche facilities give support and development to children in the area. Around 500 people benefit from the centre's activities each week. The charity is able to help bridge sectarian divides by providing a safe space for people to meet and share common concerns and interests.
