The Scarman Trust is a leading community economic development charity that supports people who develop local solutions to local problems, known as 'Can-doers'. ECT funding supported Can-doers in Yorkshire and Leeds. ECT funding also supported the Trust's programme to help Can-doers develop social enterprises.
